PrEP Materials

 

All of the below materials have been created by the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute. All of them are available for free download and distribution, and the majority of them have been physically printed and are free to order from our warehouse. If you would like to place an order, please save and fill out the PDF order form linked at the bottom of this page. Please make sure to fill in the form completely; including the title of the material(s) wanted, the pub number(s) of the material, language of the material, the quantities of each material, as well as appropriate contact and address information. Once the form is filled in completely, please email it to OGS.SM.GDC@ogs.ny.gov. Once an order form is submitted, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. The limit is 200 copies of each material per form.
